Technology Partner · Connecticut
The technology partner who ships.
I build the software and the systems a small business runs on, and I keep them running. One person, and you can call him.
Tell me what you're working on and I'll tell you how I'd fix it. That part costs nothing.
What I take on
From AI to Wi-Fi.
The first conversation is free, and it's with me.
What I do
Three things, done properly.
Most small businesses don't need a department. They need one person who understands the whole picture and answers the phone.
01
Software that fits your business.
The thing you're still doing in a spreadsheet, or by hand, or in an app that never quite fit. I build it to match how you actually work, and it's yours.
02
AI, put to work.
Everyone's selling you AI. I'll tell you if you need it. Where it helps, I build it into what you already have and explain it in plain English, so your people can run it without me.
03
The systems underneath.
Websites, email, phones, Wi-Fi, the accounts and the setup. I've done this for organizations with eighty thousand users, and I do it for businesses of five.
How it works
A conversation, a written plan, then the build.
No retainers you didn't ask for and no hourly meter running in the background. You always know the number before the work starts.
Step one
We talk.
You tell me what's not working. I tell you how I'd fix it. Free, and with no form to fill out first.
Step two
You get a plan.
A written plan with a price, in plain English. If it's worth doing, we do it. If it isn't, I'll say so.
Step three
I build it, then keep it running.
Half up front, the rest when it's done. If the scope grows, you see the new number in writing first.
Free
Always
The conversation.
Tell me what you're working on and I'll tell you how I'd fix it. A real person on the phone, not a pitch.
From $1,500
Per project
Projects.
Custom software, automation, websites, and systems work. A written plan with a price before anything starts, and half up front.
From $300
Per month
Care plans.
I keep what I built running, I check it on a schedule, and when something breaks I'm the one who answers.
Work
Things I've built that people use every day.
Client work stays anonymous unless the client says otherwise. The products are public and you can download two of them today.
A delivery pay application for a logistics subcontractor.
Replaced a manual spreadsheet payroll process. The client runs the business on it every day.
Custom calculators for a fabric retailer.
Connecting online inventory to custom drapery projects and checkout.
TroyStack.
A portfolio tracker for physical gold and silver with an AI analyst who actually talks to you about your stack.
troystack.comPatmos.
A Bible study companion that turns the open Bible on your desk into a seminary classroom.
patmosbible.comAbout
Fourteen years of enterprise IT, now working for businesses your size.
I spent fourteen years in enterprise IT at Apple, Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, Travelers, Disney/ESPN, Raytheon, Netflix, and Kuehne + Nagel before I started building for small businesses. I also serve part-time as director of technology and AI for a regional executive network.
I build with AI tools every day, which is how one person ships what used to take a team, and I'm the one who checks every piece before it reaches you. I live in North Haven, Connecticut, and I work with businesses across the state.
I build things that work two ways, for a person reading them and for a program calling them directly. This site does too.
